By accessing or using the Twarx website at twarx.com (the "Site") or any products, services, or APIs provided by Twarx ("Twarx," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Services Description
Twarx provides applied AI research services, including but not limited to: (a) Small Language Model (SLM) training and licensing; (b) AI agent development and deployment; (c) domain research and consulting; (d) the Twarx SLM Lab platform; and (e) associated documentation and APIs (collectively, the "Services").
Services are subject to separate commercial agreements. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide Services. All engagements require a signed Statement of Work or equivalent commercial agreement.
3. Permitted Use
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
(a) Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
(b) Transmit unsolicited commercial communications ("spam");
(c) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers;
(d) Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material;
(e) Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Site without express written permission;
(f) Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site in bulk without prior written authorisation;
(g) Impersonate Twarx or any Twarx personnel, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, research publications, datasets, model weights, source code, and software — is the property of Twarx or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of content, requires our express written consent. Research publications shared on this Site are governed by the individual licence terms stated in those publications. Where no licence is stated, all rights are reserved.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twarx expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free; (b) any content on the Site is accurate, complete, or current; (c) the Site or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for use of the Site and Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Twarx and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, even if Twarx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹10,000 INR, or (b) the amount you have paid to Twarx in the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, including the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
